R1706B SPOT VOLVO 1200x675Augmented reality is the bridge between the digital and the physical that is set to transform our lives. “AR will become the new interface between humans and machines.” It’s already being used in automobiles with windshield displays that pop up in the driver’s line of vision to provide safety alerts without having to look away from the road, and many big names from Facebook to the military are looking at technology to advance everything from online experiences to tactical training.
This Harvard Business Review Guide is a roadmap covering AR, with examples of the powerful visualizations it offers. Can you afford to NOT know what it’s all about?

These companies may not be ready for it, but they want it. And building awareness around the necessity of the latest technology is usually a big hurdle to overcome. This bodes very well for the actual adoption rate (once the technology matches the hype).
