EHS Scenario Builder – Build | Train | Test
What does it look like to set up a safety training scenario for your facility?
This is a demonstration of the trainer side of Heartwood’s simulation environment — built from an actual food and beverage manufacturing facility. A trainer navigates the facility environment and places hazards for employees to identify as part of a hazard identification scenario.
What this shows: an EHS Manager or Safety Coordinator can configure scenario conditions directly within the environment – placing hazards, setting up the context employees will train in, without needing a developer to rebuild or reconfigure the scenario each time:
- Build your scenario | Trainer Mode
- Train your workforce | Self-guided or Trainer-led
- Test their readiness | Employee Mode
This demonstration environment is facility-specific – the equipment, layout, and context reflect an actual F&B manufacturing operation, not a generic industrial setting.
We work with the EHS teams at companies like PepsiCo to develop facility & equipment specific simulation training for LOTO and high-risk equipment procedures.
If you want to see what this looks like built for your facility and your procedures, we’d like to show you.
