Reporting to: Chief Revenue Officer
Primary Function: Manage full sales cycle, create a book of business from new logos and upsell
Comp: Base + uncapped commissions – we like to reward people for hard work

Let’s start with the problem we solve first… Traditional eLearning and training courses for some of the world’s largest companies are mostly passive, not allowing for students to practice. There is a lot of showing, but not much doing. Trainees do not have the opportunity to perform the procedures. Live sessions allow that but are expensive, hard to schedule and not scalable.
Heartwood’s 3D Interactive Training empowers a workforce to practice on virtual equipment that is replicated in form & function, allowing them to ‘learn-by-doing’ anytime, anywhere and on any device. This, in turn, reduces training costs, accelerates employee learning and decreases expensive live training by being Visual, Interactive and Portable.
The Enterprise Sales Director that we’re looking for should consider themselves a hunter with experience garnering product support at the individual contributor level all the way up to selling to C-level executives in enterprise accounts. You love generating net new business and are an expert at solution selling. You are a master in organization to manage a healthy pipeline of opportunities in varying stages of the sales process. Your intelligence and natural curiosity allow you to embrace the learning curve and stay on top of industry news. You can match our enthusiasm and optimism for taking this company to the next level.
Construct, forecast, and manage your sales activity and pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals
Manage work with and mentor a dedicated BDR
Some travel is required
Desired Skills and Experience:
4+ years of closing new business for software solutions
4 + years of experience using Salesforce
Demonstrate an unbeaten track record of consistently achieving a $1M+ annual quota
Confidence in managing and closing 6-figure deals
Experience and desire to come to the table with creative ideas to solve client problems.
