Gill Residence
In 2002, Heartwood created its very first visual story —a 3D rendering for the Gill Residence in Fremont, CA. The goal was to showcase the client’s new home design in order to win the approval of city officials for the necessary building permits. Using detailed CAD plans to develop the 3D renderings, Heartwood was able to bring the property to life in its full grandeur.
