Neil Wadhawan currently serves as Heartwood’s Vice-President of Sales and Marketing. In 2002, Raj Raheja and Neil founded Heartwood which quickly grew from a small startup into a leading provider of virtual solutions. He has built strategic relationships with customers ranging from large defense contractors to the military in creating their virtual training platforms. Across the defense industry, Heartwood has developed award-winning 3D virtual trainers that have been deployed through PCs, web-browsers, and handheld devices. Neil is extremely passionate about solving customer issues and building solutions from ground zero to a fully-realized solution. Raj and Neil have an obsession for customer service, and have instilled this value across the entire company. Under their guidance, Heartwood has crafted cutting-edge solutions that fit a diverse array of virtual applications that fit clients’ highly-customized needs.

Neil has been an entrepreneur throughout his entire career. During his second year of college at Northeastern University, he co-founded Lucid Air Designs in Boston. As a successful entrepreneur, he used the profits to pay for his college tuition. Therefore, Neil has a passion nurturing the next generation of entrepreneurs. He regularly guest-lectures about entrepreneurship at college campuses and workshops around the country. Neil holds a B.S. in MIS and Finance, with a concentration in Computer Technology from Northeastern University — Go Huskies!
